Over the past weeks, our engineers have completed several demanding service projects, including:

🔧 SE2200 series main spindle bearing replacement – from spindle removal and bearing replacement to installation and full geometry alignment.

🔧 Correa UAD spindle replacement – with over 10,000 operating hours, the original spindle is heading to Spain for overhaul.
In the meantime, our service engineer installed a rental head, allowing the customer to continue production without unnecessary downtime.

🔧 And at the beginning of August, another major project awaits: replacing a 15,000 rpm spindle on a Hurco machining centre after long life cycle.

Between these larger projects, our team is also carrying out scheduled annual preventive maintenance across the Baltics to help customers keep their machines running reliably.
