👉Here are a few tips that can make your day better after WLS:
-Look after your mental health
-Aim to exercise 30 to 45 minutes a day. But do not feel guilty if you skip once or twice a week.
-Get outside regularly (especially when your mood is down)
-Keep in touch with your support groups
-Focus on multi-colored dishes, not the banned foods.
-Think protein and plant base fiber when it comes to snacks
-Look after your Gut Health
-Try intermittent fasting and eat with the sun.
-Drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily.
