Dr. Solomonov’s courses are always about real clinical practice — not just theory.

During these two intensive days in May, participants explored modern endodontic approaches, discussed evidence-based concepts and openly analyzed complex clinical cases together with Dr. Solomonov himself.

What makes these courses truly special is the atmosphere: honest discussions, practical solutions, clinical logic and the opportunity to ask questions freely.

We believe every participant left not only with new knowledge, but with greater confidence and techniques they can immediately apply in daily practice.

Thank you to all participants for your trust and active involvement.

Special thanks to Leonid Emdin for the outstanding simultaneous interpretation throughout the course.

And we are already looking forward to meeting again this November at the new course:
“Clinical Procedure Algorithms”

Registration is now open — places are limited.

Why do dentists trust Dr. Solomonov?

Because his approach is not based on trends — but on evidence.

He doesn’t just teach techniques.
He teaches how to think, how to make decisions, and how to approach complex clinical situations with confidence.

Participants especially value:
– clear clinical reasoning
– unbiased evaluation of materials and instruments
– practical solutions that can be applied immediately

This means not only better outcomes — but also more rational decisions in daily practice.

Day 1 complete — and it already changed the way we approach retreatments.

We are in Riga at the “Retreatment of Root Canals in Daily Practice” course with Dr. Oleg Kulygin — and yesterday was dedicated to theory and live demonstration.

But not just theory.

We worked through real clinical cases — the kind every dentist faces in daily practice, but often finds challenging: retreatments, complex anatomy, broken instruments.

It made many of us rethink our own protocols and see where we can be more precise, faster, and more confident.

What made a real difference —
this wasn’t textbook learning.
It was practical clinical thinking you can actually apply.

Some participants even had the chance to discuss their own cases directly with Dr. Kulygin and get clear, actionable answers.

And today — we go even further.

Hands-on day.
Time to take everything we learned and apply it under the microscope — step by step, with guidance.

Because now it’s clear:
these are not “difficult cases” anymore —
you just need the right system.

Let’s put it into practice.
