Complete modernization of a 1996 Viessmann gas steam boilerhouse:
* 100% boiler retrofit
* New LowNOx burners
* New boiler control and safety system
* New flue gas condenser
* New water treatment system, new deaerator and feedwater system
* Full replacement of steam, water and condensate piping
