Hi! I'm Natalia, I've been working at doCode as a recruiter for about a year now. I want to share my observations about the skills that everyone who works in IT should have.

📌So:

1) Teamwork.
Anyway, IT is a team game.

2) Time management.
It is very important to prioritize correctly, it saves time and efforts.

3) Negotiation.
Presenting ideas and being able to persuade is cool, don`t you think?

4) Understanding the value to customers.
This helps increase the level of trust between the company and the customer. If a specialist knows what and why he is doing, he will be able to choose the right approach and solution.

5) Creativity and flexibility.
Be creative in solving problems and do not be afraid of change.
