Today, we celebrated a very special milestone — Aleksei Pletshenko’s 20-year work anniversary at Windak OÜ in Estonia!
Aleksei started his journey with Windak as an electrician, and today he is the Head of our Electrical Department. He is responsible for electrical design across our projects and leads the team of electricians at Windak OÜ.
Calm, precise, and accountable, Aleksei is someone we can always rely on. His dedication, knowledge, and countless contributions over the years have made him one of the key pillars of Windak.
Thank you, Aleksei, for your commitment and hard work. We truly appreciate everything you have done and look forward to many more years together!
