I am not overly familiar with Thich Nhat Hanh but felt his energy calling days before his passing. I believe that when awakened ones pass they emit their medicine for the benefit of our awakening. For me, this wayshower is more alive as ever. Many of us will now lean into his teachings with sincerity to commit to a good life. A life of peace, love and compassion. For this, I am grateful. Much love to you Thich Nhat Hanh. Thank you for all that you are, for all that you have been, and for all you will be.

This body is not me.
I am not limited by this body.
I am life without boundaries.
I have never been born,
and I have never died.

Look at the ocean and the sky filled with stars,
manifestations from my wondrous true mind.

Since before time, I have been free.
Birth and death are only doors through which we pass,

I see cycles flowing within spirals of nature. These spirals hold a flow that carry us through cycles of life-death-rebirth. This is expressed in our menstrual cycles, the seasons, relationships, night and day, the breath in and out, and in many more beats and rhythms of Mother Nature.

I believe that if we attune to Mother Nature with humility, her cycles guide our evolution. 

Generally, the solstices and equinoxes offer a pause between the seasons. They provide space to breath and take stock. In this pause, we can prepare for the next cycle by letting go of what no longer serves to create space for that which is aligned with our true path. Thus, we commit new intentions with clarity and care that they are for the highest good.
