Horseback riding at Rancho Patococha on Saturday!
You are invited to join another one of our awesome day trips in the Andes mountains this Saturday 20th April.
( All riders, novice or experienced are welcome.)
The ride to the ranch takes about 45min, and once we know your level of expertise, your horse will be saddled up and all ready to go when you arrive.
The two hour ride takes you through stunning mountain views and forests, and on your return to the ranch, enjoy refreshments and relax on the outside deck of this beautiful home.
Take a tour around the property and inspect all the equestrian memorabilia that the Malo family has collected over the years, see the fabulous selection of horse tack, the bridles and saddles and polo tack are a must see!
There are over twenty horses at the ranch, and as this is also a working dairy farm, you'll get to see where the dairy products come from for their family store located below their property on the main road back to Cuenca. Here on our return, let the driver know you would like to stop at the store where you can see their specialty cheeses and freshly made flavoured yoghurt.
We recommend boots, suitable riding gear and a jacket,( it can get cold in the Andes mountains. (We can also supply wet gear and helmets. )
Date: Saturday 20th April

Time: 8.30am
