Get yourself out in nature as much as possible. If you are tired and run down, it's because you're not getting enough darshan (blessing from a master) from nature! Even if you're in the city, go to the park and sit under a tree, or even out on the sidewalk, that's fine. Just get a blessing every day from nature and I promise! You will feel better!
