🚨 We Are Hiring: Crane Operating Instructor 🚨
📍 Location: Ouargla, Algeria
🏢 Organization: IFP – Petroleum Training Institute
As part of our expansion in technical and safety training services for the oil & gas sector, we are seeking a highly experienced Crane Operating Instructor to join our team.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver theoretical and practical training in crane operations (mobile, crawler, overhead, etc.)
Ensure compliance with international lifting standards and safety procedures
Develop and update training materials aligned with industry best practices
Conduct competency assessments and certification evaluations
Promote a strong safety culture (HSE-focused training delivery)
🎯 Candidate Profile:
Minimum 8–10 years of field experience in crane operations within oil & gas or construction sectors
Proven experience in training or mentoring operators
Strong knowledge of lifting plans, load charts, and rigging practices
Certifications in crane operation and/or lifting supervision (preferred)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/French is a plus)
