আজকের রাজকীয় বাংলাদেশি মেনু ♥️
মুগের ঘন ডাল - আলুভাজি - চিংড়ি দিয়ে লাল শাক- ডিম ভাজি - আলু ভর্তা আর আভোক্যাডো ভর্তা আর এক টুকরা বিলেতি লাইম স্বাদে ঘ্রাণে একদম দেশি কাগজি লেবু।

শুকনো মরিচ আর রসুনের বাগাড় দেয়া টমেটো যোগে ডাল আমার অনেক প্রিয়। আলু ভাজি শুকনো ঝরঝরে থেকে আমার পছন্দ মাখা মাখা টা। ছোটবেলায় স্কুলে যেতে প্রতিদিন সকালের নাস্তায় এই পদটা থাকতো। লালশাক আমার খুবই প্রিয়, এদেশে মানে আমি যেখানটায় থাকি, প্রথমবার লালশাক এর দেখা পেলাম। একদম কুটা বাছা ফ্রোজেন ছিল, কয়েকটা আলু কুচি দিয়ে দিলাম, এটার ঝোল দিয়ে ভাত খেতে কি যে শান্তি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। আলু ভাজির জন্য সরিষার তেল ছিলনা, তেলের জায়গায় খাটি ঘি দিয়ে মাখলাম, আহা আহা স্বাদে ঘ্রাণে অতুলনীয়। আর সবশেষে ছোটবোন থেকে শেখা দেশীয় স্টাইলে আভোক্যাডো ভর্তা, প্রথমবার করলাম খেতে যে কি দারুণ হয়েছে কি বলবো।

এখানে এত পদ তাও নিজের জন্য, আগে কখনো করিনি, সময় শখ কোনোটাই হয়না। ছুটি চলছে সাথেই কয়েকদিন বেশ গরম পড়েছে এমন হালকা পাতলা খাবার চলবে মনে হচ্ছে।

কোন নন বাঙালিকে বোঝানো সম্ভব না এই খাবারগুলো আমাদের জন্য কি মিন করে ♥️
