How to?

Stand tall , feet together ,knees/ elbows extended

Chin down ,curl down one vertebrae at a time
go as deep as your mobility allows you to ,hold it for 2 seconds, curl back up
You should feel no pain whatsoever
Start with lighter weight and build up from there
exercises
