We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master

Key Requirements:

- You read and write in English and Spanish
- You possess strong knowledge of agile / scrum methodology
- You have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills

Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing project scope and timelines
- Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting
- Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
- Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team

Details of the Job Application

- Vacancy available only in person
- Location: Diego de Ocampo Street # 15, Altos de Cancino, Santo Domingo Este.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM – Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Salary Range: RD$25,000.00 ~ RD$30,000.00
