“Together we can move mountains!”

Last week I was holding a workshop in team communication, and this sentence really got stuck with me. Because it is exactly the feeling I want to create.

The team I was coaching was very mixed: Some had been in the company for a long time, others joined only recently and all had different nationalities. So the goal was to bring them closer together, understand each other’s communication preferences und build trust.

At the end of the 7-hour workshop, one of the participants stated: “I feel like I know my colleagues much better now. I’m looking forward to going to work and I really believe, together we can move mountains!”

What an amazing feeling to close the workshop with!
