Kostas' key takeaways from the expert panel on sustainability at the Athens Riviera Forum last week :

"Sustainability is about our endurance on the planet as a species, and the endurance of the planet itself. These two have to go hand in hand.
Sustainability is both an ultimate goal and a toolbox, a set of techniques we can apply towards achieving this goal.
But is that enough?
No, it is not enough to “just do it”. As with all things, it is never only what you do, but how you do it. A lot of people can bake, draw, build. But are their products as good, as delightful, as beautiful, as exciting? Do they strike a cord?

I am talking about the art of sustainability.
