Membership drive!

We're in talks with a couple of other nations on starting up international fixtures again. However, we have had trouble over the last few years fulfilling the fixtures we arranged. So we want to see some comittment before going ahead and arranging something. If we can get to 30 paid-up members by the end of July, then we will go ahead and arrange 1 or 2 games for the autumn. DRL membership costs 100dkk for the year. You can mobilepay Rich Naylor on 29910976 or you can pay it directly into the DRL account: Reg:8401 Konto:1163973. N.B. Paying your membership is not conditional on us getting the games. If e.g. only 20 people pay, then we won't organise the games and those 20 people do not get their membership refunded.

Match Officials' course!!!
DRL will be holding a match officials course at Frederiksberg Rugby club (Nandrupsvej) Saturday the 10th November between 13.00 and 17.00. Come for the whole course and qualify as a match official, or just improve your understanding of Rugby League. Even if you can't make the whole course, come along from 16.00 to 17.00 - we need as many people as possible to play a "practice game", so the refs who are training can have something to ref. Participation is free and rumor has it there will be some beers and pizzas provided ;-)
