How do you maintain a healthy work environment, while creating a feeling of belonging? This question is especially important when most of your employees are working remotely and in different countries.
At Viking Software we care about making sure our employees know how important they are.

Therefore, we have an annual get-together, where we meet to participate in a company workshop and spent some quality time together.

This year we started the meeting with an educational workshop, talking about knowledge-sharing and upcoming projects, followed by dinner at Restaurant Oluf Bagers Gaard.

The next day consisted of fun with a chocolate class at Odense Chokoladehus, an outdoor escape game by City Escape, and lastly dinner at I Pupi Siciliani.

However, the most important part of this year’s get-together was the Vikings spending time together and creating fun memories.
