We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for our client Kiesel Scandinavia A/S, part of Kiesel Group, which is one of Europe's largest construction and material handling machines company, with more than 1000 employees and with branches in 9 countries. Due to the flat structure the position would be reporting to the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Relevant education and experience in bookkeeping
- Experience with UNICONTA or similar ERP systems
- Attention to detail
- Self-structured and well organised
- Reliable, loyal and confidential
- Nice, calm, clear way of communication
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Fluent in Danish
- Good English or German language skills
