the international coordination of legal teams or supervising and

to meet and achieve the most sophisticated requests and goals of
the international top clients, also in the financial sectors and in the
interest of the HNWI and UHNWI.

He participated often in the incorporation and setting up of new
branches and subsidiaries in different countries in the light of the
common coordination to a growth worldwide of the local entities with the HQs. In his long international professional experiences within the business and commercial rules, Maurizio did never forgot his attitude and love for arts, aesthetics, nature as well as a human being: he, therefore, dedicated part of his professional time to managing pro bono and structure entities such as art museums as well as nonprofit organizations and foundations achieving the pleasure of the brain in the artistic fields as well as the good health and protection for biodiversity and our planet.

Erik has worked in the wealth management & corporate finance area for more than 10 years, in different financial entities also, he acquired management experience in different multinationals where he developed the vision and expertise provided by large international companies.

Seasoned in structuring investment vehicles & asset/financial solutions for clients and institutions, according to their needs and objectives. Specialist in identifying and securing business opportunities, with an interesting track record in Corporate Finance and Alternative Investments developed in different entities as well as international companies of recognized prestige.

Currently, he is a Managing Partner of Kepler Capital, a Spain-based company that specializes in Corporate Finance, providing different kinds of services such as Real Estate transactions, M&A advisory, Cross-border transactions, Strategic Finance, and Investment Consulting, among others.

In the academic area, he teach finance and investment in the Financial Advisor Program and other postgraduate studies in different Spanish academic institutions for over four years.
