Tomorrow I’m re-initiating the Future Awkward event series. I felt it time to offer more intensity, nonconformity and uniqueness once again. So, with the help of , we’re bringing you the big bad . He’s one of very few artists that sums up all the oddball futuristic sci fi nonsense that I love in music and this concept is all about. Truly a singular artist, no one else blends techno and electro like that.

Also, as someone with a history in bass music, I’m lucky enough to have .fka to open the show. The only DJ I know that can combine everything from darkest dubstep, drum’n’bass, to techno and general 4/4 and make it all feel like it comes from the same rough and tumble place. Her flow skills are exceedingly rare and her versatility unmatched in this city.

I’ll be closing proceedings with my current techno and electro favorites. Futuristically awkward until you drop.
