Dear all,

As 2025 comes to an end, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every one of you who has visited, supported, ordered, shared kind words, or simply followed along this past year. It truly means more than I can put into words.

Looking ahead to 2026, there will be a small but important change. Saturday the 3rd was my last regular Saturday opening day. After nearly five years of being open almost every Saturday, it’s time for a slightly different rhythm.

From 2026 onwards, Saturdays will be by appointment only. Instead, I’ll be opening on Mondays and moving into a more “normal” working week. This change will allow me to spend more time with my family, while still giving you the same care, focus, and dedication during the week.

Thank you for your understanding, your loyalty, and for being part of this journey. I’m really looking forward to what we’ll create together in 2026.
