Coach ❗ Measure the development of your members 📈

Have you seen the function ‘coach comments” on SportMember? Coach comments gives you the option of writing comments or notes for every single member on the team.

An example of a comment could be how the members talent or skill evolves. You can also choose who needs to see the comment, is it exclusively for the coaches on the team, or should the member also be allowed to read it? Or perhaps the entire team should be able to read the comment? It’s up to you.

But on SportMember it's possible to take notes or make comments on each and every mener of the team and their development.

Club administrator ❗ Have your members signed the terms and conditions? ✍️

Have you seen that the club can enter their own terms and conditions on SportMember, which the members then have to approve as soon as they log in?

When new terms and conditions are typed in, current members will see a pop-up message about this, and requesting that the new terms and conditions will be accepted.

Have your team already started communicating through the chat function on SportMember? With the chat you’ll always be able to quickly reach the coach and other members through chat messages and notifications straight from your phone.

The chat is divided into one chat thread for every member and coach of the team, another chat only for coaches and a third for every coach and parent on the team. Every activity that the team has, can also have its own chat thread, used for planning the activity.

Have you noticed, that on SportMember you can now choose how the calendar should look. You have three options in the app. Would you like your calendar to be shown as a list of upcoming activities, or should it perhaps be divided into weeks, or do you maybe want it shown as one day at the time.
