Kaospilot

T32 is finishing their first year at Kaospilot 🌱 and to round it off they went to spend some days together outside of school.

Each semester all teams received a brief each, which contains the overall aims, learning outcomes and projects of the semester they are walking into.
Some of the projects are external, where students work with real organizations, and some are internal - which invites the students to practice self organization and leadership within the school’s frames and community.

This retreat was one of T32’s internal projects, which meant they had to design, coordinate, facilitate and execute it themselves ❤️
