SPRING er skabt af komponist Line Tjørnhøj, og er både et lydkunstværk, en 'spise-lyds symfoni', et spiseritual, en aktivistisk handling, en virtuel 3D-oplevelse, en NFT, en hyldest til naturen og et portræt af Generalsekretær for Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, Birgitte Qvist-Sørensen.✨

Menuen består af ting, der gror her og nu - i nærområdet - såsom kål, agurk, æble, hasselnødder og svampe, og er samtidigt sanselig og stråler af taknemlighed til naturen.🍏

Maden gør op med den overflod, der hersker i verden, og menuen er skabt af humanøkolog Michelle Appelros som udtaler:

‘In climate emergency times like this, one need to be political in most actions. In the context of an entertaining sound and food experience, an opportunity to invoke reflections, creating a sensational opportunity for new thoughts and unifications, my radical suggestion is to remove the decadence and introduce Degrowth. This means to let the growths-greens do the shine.'

A co-owned WEB3 monument paying homage to General Secretary Birgitte Qvist-Sørensen. Portrait consist of an artistic sound art experience in Augmented Reality (AR). Through the technology of volumetric video the team behind Portrait has captured General Secretary from the DanChruchAid Birgitte Qvist-Sørensen Birgitte Qvist-Sørensen as she enjoys a sensual dinner and giving a motivational speak.
She is a living proof of how the right combination of power and humanity can change the world we live in.
PORTRAIT resides at the INTERPLANETARY FILE SYSTEM (IPFS) and KØN – Gender Museum, Aarhus, Denmark.
The work addresses three for our time vital elements – The Woman, Technology, and the Climate – that blend with each other as a common symbol of the present we are part of and the future we would like – and should – create.
