2015 I got chosen to roast and arrange the coffees for World Cupping Championship. A triagular competion where each National Champion have 8 min to choose the odd cup out of 3 in a set of 8. The year after again in Budapest. And this time Alexandru Niculae was i charge roasting the coffee and me organizing the cups behind the stage. Lars Thier front stage manager.
