Summer arrived and it doesn't mean that all dishes have to be grills. We made easy lunch with Romanian spicy sausages and summer vegetables fries with a little Asian twist. Base flavour is garlic, ginger and spring onion and we drizzled homemade chili oil on enoki mushroom. Kohlrabi kimchi salad took exactly 15 minutes to prepare on top and added not too spicy, crunch and fresh flavour on top. How are you all getting ready for hot summer meals?
