Prague is known as “The City of a Hundred Spires”. The historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Vltava River flows right through the heart of the city.

Franz Kafka was born in Prague and the city has one of the oldest astronomical clocks in the world (installed in 1410). #

We took the Santiago Bernabéu tour in Madrid, on a total whim and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the day! 🥳
We had such a great time exploring the stadium and soaking in the Real Madrid spirit, though Farhan Fuad Ronok is not a madrista 🤓

🏰 Royal Palace of Madrid (Palacio Real de Madrid)

Rising gracefully above the city, the Royal Palace of Madrid is a masterpiece of grandeur and symmetry. Once home to Spain’s royal family, it now stands as one of Europe’s most magnificent palaces and every corner of it reflects the power and artistry of the Spanish monarchy.
Step outside and you’ll find sweeping views over the Campo del Moro Gardens and the Almudena Cathedral. Even if you don’t go inside, simply standing before its façade feels like stepping into another century!

🏛️ Plaza Mayor

Just a short walk from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor is Madrid’s beating heart. A grand, sun-soaked square surrounded by red-brick buildings, ornate balconies, and lively cafés spilling into the arcades. Once the stage for royal events, bullfights, and markets, it’s now a gathering place for locals and travelers alike.
The statue of King Philip III watches over you when you stroll.
Visit in the early morning for quiet charm, or come at sunset when the golden light fills the square with a warm glow 😍
