Today's is the last Sunday of Advent. In two more days we will be celebrating Christmas 🎄✨
This month flew by even faster than the rest of the year, if that's even possible😱

I am sharing with you this Spice cake I made to celebrate the "Feria de la Chinita"with part of our Venezuelan friends.
The cake is filled with spices like cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, nutmeg. Filled with cinnamon buttercream and a crunch with oats and cinnamon 😋

La Chinita is made with edible fondant.

🌟 Hey everyone! 🌟

Brrr, it’s getting chilly out there! ❄️ With the temperature dropping, I thought it would be the perfect time to share this two-tier cake I made for the first birthday of a very good friend’s little astronaut! 🚀✨

The first tier is my signature Alfajor cake – a delicious vanilla cake with luscious dulce de leche filling. 😋 The second tier is a zesty lemon cake with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream. 🍋🍰 Both tiers are covered in creamy vanilla buttercream and decorated with an astronaut and planets to symbolize the little one’s first trip around the sun! 🌞🪐

And as party favours, some Alfajor lollipops with astronaut designs 👩🏻‍🚀🚀
