Today's Annual General Meeting marked an important milestone on that journey. NORMA Group's shareholders approved all proposals put forward by the Management Board and Supervisory Board, including the public share buyback offer and the reduction in the size of the Supervisory Board from six to five members.

The resolutions adopted today provide a crucial foundation for the ex*****on of our strategy and support NORMA Group's transformation into a focused industrial company with a clear growth agenda.

Die heutige Hauptversammlung war ein wichtiger Meilenstein auf diesem Weg: Die Aktionäre der NORMA Group stimmten sämtlichen Vorschlägen von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat zu. Dazu gehörten unter anderem das öffentliche Aktienrückkaufangebot sowie die Verkleinerung des Aufsichtsrats von sechs auf fünf Mitglieder.

Die heutigen Beschlüsse schaffen eine wichtige Grundlage für die konsequente Umsetzung unserer Strategie und unterstützen die Transformation der NORMA Group zu einem fokussierten Industrieunternehmen mit einer klaren Wachstumsagenda.
