Recently some of our team members convened for a “strategy onsite” at our Munich office reflecting on our journey so far and where we want to be in the next 3-5 years! As a remote-first team, spending time in person to put our heads together without distractions - no e-mails, no calls, no meetings – has been proven to be absolutely crucial for us!
