Start here - 'The journey of discovery is the discovery of the journey'

- Slowly appreciate each step, including ones you feel you have to take. These steps allow a throughflow of hurt, within which life lessons are embedded.

- Smile at the monster in the mirror. Your newly charged body and mind cannot always let go of the visual narrative you hold of yourself. Your face, eyes, skin, hair even dress has been constantly pre-judged for as long as you can remember. Try to let a 'nothingness' fall in between your impulse to comment and the actions you take. Groom yourself with love.

- Love what you do when it does itself. How do we know our soul is doing the navigating and not our egoic intention?

Soul actions feel weirdly alien. They are simple, effortless and joyful. You get nothing from them that you would normally attribute to success, satisfaction (gratuitous) or material wealth.

Having been sick for so long I see the hurt in my eyes, sometimes. It's all over me, sometimes. The light hits me in a way that I can tell my whole soul had been broken at one time.

I'm feeling light, open, loving, attentive, giving, spontaneous and alert.
