Wir sammeln Spenden, um Ärzte- und Anwaltsrechnungen im Zuge eines Asylverfahrens zu zahlen.

Eine_r von uns hat letzten Herbst einen Asylantrag in Deutschland gestellt. Für das Asylverfahren benötigt er_sie anwaltliche Unterstützung und aktuell ein qualifiziertes ärztliches Attest. Die dafür anfallenden Kosten können wir nicht alleine stemmen und benötigen daher finanzielle Unterstützung.
Wir hoffen, mit vorerst 2000€ die akutesten Leistungen bezahlen zu können. Weitere teure Ausgaben sind bereits absehbar.
Eine gute anwaltliche Vertretung ist unerlässlich, um asyl- und aufenthaltsrechtliche Ansprüche geltend machen zu können. Zudem wird dringend ein ärztliches Attest benötigt, ohne welches zuständige Behörden keine Rücksicht auf die vorliegende gesundheitliche Notlage nehmen können.

Die dabei anfallenden Kosten sind mittels der Leistungen, die Asylsuchenden zustehen, nicht zu decken. Verbunden mit der fehlenden Arbeitserlaubnis sind sie ohne weitere finanzielle Beteiligungen nicht zu bewältigen.

Auch kleine Spendenbeiträge helfen! Teilt diese Kampagne gerne. Reelle Chancen im Verfahren um die Flüchtlingsanerkennung ist Voraussetzung für eine gesicherte Aufenthaltserlaubnis, und ein sicheres und selbstbestimmtes Leben.

Dear Rebel Milo Friends,

as you you noticed during past 2 months the cafe was closed. Despite our initial plan, to keep the cafe open and serve you with take away goods, unfortunately due to economic reasons, we had to keep the cafe close.
We hoped that the light lock down help the situation with Covid-19 pandemic and help number of new cases drop down. But because of various reasons, among them Querdenken demonstrations in Leipzig and Saxony, cause amplification of Covid-19 case, and now the state headed toward full lock down phase.
As a low budget small business that has faced 2 pandemic related shot downs during it’s first year of opening, we have never manage to execute our own cultural-political concept fully – be a space specially for young families, meeting point for the neighborhood, place for artists and activist to exhibit their work and cause, and now we struggle financially for the existence of our cafe, and on livelihood of our personal lives as migrants.

Therefore we want to share with you that the cafe remain close for at least until after the lock down, and in meanwhile we are planning to organize some online events, like book reading for children, talks and discussions, as part of our concept. So stay tune for further information and announcements.
