At Krones, a digital twin no longer needs an engineer between the simulation and the filling system. It transfers its own optimisations automatically.

The system links a physically exact, real-time simulation to an AI layer that reads the output and acts on it — adjusting filling speeds, flow quantities and process parameters without waiting for human interpretation. The loop between model and plant closes itself.
