Our Advisory Camp at Studio Berlin brought together colleagues from across Germany and Austria under this year’s theme: Go Beyond.

Over two days, we shared ideas through inspiring keynotes, learned from guest speakers including Lauren Schroeter (Henkel) and Alejandro Mesas García (Google), deepened our AI capabilities and collaborated on building reusable assets.

Just as valuable were the conversations in between, bringing our Advisory community closer together across locations.

A big thank you to everyone who made these two days such a great experience. Looking forward to turning the ideas and momentum into impact.

Agentforce World Tour Frankfurt – strong momentum for the future of agentic intelligent enterprises

At IBM iX, together with IBM, we demonstrated how organizations are moving from traditional AI assistants to orchestrated multi-agent systems.

Our focus: seamless collaboration between agents, teams, and tools – enabling scalable, consistent and business-relevant workflows.

A particular highlight was the premiere of the IBM iX Agent Studio, presented together with Peter Wüst from Salesforce, which received strong interest and highly positive feedback throughout the event.

The many conversations with customers, clients and executives on site made one thing clear: multi-agent orchestration is no longer a future vision, but an emerging reality shaping modern enterprise architectures today.

Shaping the next chapter of IBM iX leadership

We are pleased to introduce Samira Imsirovic-Kaya (CEO) and Benjamin Geckle (CXO) as the new leadership duo for IBM iX in the DACH region and Croatia.

Both bring a strong track record in building and scaling digital business, combined with a highly collaborative leadership approach and a shared ambition: to further strengthen what defines IBM iX – connecting human insight with technology and AI to turn complexity into real, impactful solutions for our clients.

Having shaped IBM iX in leadership roles for many years, they represent both continuity and forward momentum. Samira, Managing Director since 2024, now takes on the role of CEO. Benjamin steps into CXO role, leading our experience and technology portfolio and further strengthening the integration of strategy, design and engineering.

At the same time, this marks a transition: after 19 years with the company, Markus Dietrich has decided to start a new chapter. From his early days to his role as CEO, Markus has played a defining role in shaping IBM iX: its business, its culture and the way we work together. Thank you, Markus, for your leadership, your energy and everything you have built. We wish you all the best for what’s ahead.

Looking forward, our direction is clear: creating Intelligent Experiences that drive real business impact for our clients. Built on strong teams, deep expertise across industry, design and technology – and a clear ambition to actively shape what’s next.
