The time for the Yoga Retreat on Menorca is approaching , and there are still some spots available.

There will be Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Chanting practice, Thai Massage learning (receiving and giving), healthy local food, sun and good weather, time to share with others and time to enjoy by yourself. A week to cultivate healthy habits, deep connection with your own self, gratitude, love, positivity, boundary expansion and much more.

An optional climbing day is in the program :)

Sunday morning started with Yin Yoga and Sunday Eve finishes with arm balances. What have you been up to today? Have you taken some time for your yoga practice?
