Open Design Master

What are we looking for in students of Open Design? There are different aspects of applicants‘ profiles that interest us for the context of the international double-degree Master Open Design program.
1. Individual academic and educational background, related to disciplinary expertise and research
2. Professional background and experience within or outside of academic
3. Individual background and interests
4. (Inter-)cultural background
Even if the program is held in English, it is not the native language of a majority of our students and teachers in the program. We understand individual and cultural backgrounds of our students as a real expertise 👉🏽 Different ways of thinking, diversity and radical interdisciplinary are at the heart of the Open Design program
The integration of what YOU as students bring to the table is important to us. One of the characteristics of the Master is the interdisciplinary and intercultural co-teaching between HU-Berlin and FADU- UBA, FIUBA and Exactas_UBA, but it is also about co-learning and connecting the different knowledge everyone brings with them, students and teachers.
