MESSAGES FROM OBSERVED LANDS // Centipede
Ballpoint on paper

These animals fascinate me, their resilience and their ancient, almost prehistoric appearance.

As a Berlin-based artist, I’ve noticed more and more of these species appearing here over the past few years, and they now seem to be thriving. Alongside rising temperatures, this is yet another clear sign of climate change. As both a person and an artist, I find myself wondering: what kind of world will we be living in 10, 20, or 50 years from now?

Thinking about the future also reminds me how important the here and now is—with all the wonderful people, encounters, and opportunities that come our way.

So I’d like to say thank you.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by my pop-up at Darkstore last weekend.
I enjoyed every single encounter, chitchat, supportive words and smile my art brought and brings to you 🖤

I also want to give a massive shout-out to Mina and Caspar Caspar Pan for all their help. And of course, to the wonderful lovely Your Goth & Alternative Store in Berlin Friedrichshain crew, especially Kati kaethe and Olaf Olaf Müller.

Without this kind of support, dedication to the scene, and mutual encouragement, so much simply wouldn’t be possible.

Feeling incredibly grateful,
Tina 🖤
