1. Initiate follow-up 1:1s: These informal chats are a great way for employees to digest feedback, ask questions, and receive guidance.

2. Promote goal setting: Kick off a season of goal setting and introduce the SMART method. Keep the feedback momentum going by helping employees set Objectives based on their assessments.

3. Conduct a Pulse survey: Gauge your organization's overall sentiment and gather feedback on the feedback process itself. Ask questions like:
- What do you appreciate about our current feedback culture?
- What would you like to see more of in 2024?
- What areas do you think we can improve on in terms of feedback delivery and follow-up?
