The hanged man. The 8 of wands. 10.
This piece is on one of my fave people, the hanged man represents a pause, a moment of surrender, readiness in stillness, new perspectives and sacrifice. The 8 of wands around the head is the energy of let’s fu***ng go, of getting after it of power and glorious purpose. 10 represents the closing of a pattern, an ending of a cycle. I was so happy do this on Micheal combining my deep love of tarot and mysticism with the craft of tattooing to carve a blessing and a symbol for further contemplation on a fantastic friend. This is the s**t I live for, this is why I tattoo.

Just wrapped up this incredible Alex Grey-inspired tattoo project, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The intricate details, cosmic energy, and deep symbolism of his work made this piece an absolute dream to bring to life. I told my 2 close friends I’d post every other day. This is the second of said posts.
Me and those two friends meet every two weeks. We talk about what’s going on, what we are going through and achieved. We share our opinions, our takes and our love for each other. We also tell each other exactly what we think with no bulls**t. We see each other.
Then we set tasks to be done by the next session.
We hold each other accountable, I highly recommend it. If you’ve got at least one other person in your life who will commit to a regular meeting you can do it to.
