Even if you’ve been doing a move for 20+ years… a challenge like this will humble you.

You start to realize how much you don’t know. Every detail, every angle, every transition there’s always more to understand.

Don’t ever think you’ve learned enough. There’s always another level.

This challenge showed me one thing clearly:
The moment you think you’re skilled enough or “got it all figured out”… that’s exactly where you’re missing details.

But when you really study a move day by day, rep by rep you begin to understand it fully.

Not just doing it… but mastering it.
