Non-governmental Russian scholarships for international students
The School of Russian and Asian Studies (SRAS) – Lists scholarships to study abroad in Russia and other former Soviet states, most of which are specifically for US students.
Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarships – Offers over 2,700 scholarships of up to US$5,000 for US undergraduate citizens to study or intern abroad. Applicants who are studying a foreign language (such as Russian) while abroad in a country in which the language is predominantly spoken will automatically be considered for the Critical Need Language Award, for a total award of $8,000.
BP in Russia Research Scholarships – Russian scholarships of RUB 15,000 - 35,000 (US~$235-550) every month for students studying for degrees in energy and economics at one of the partner Russian universities. Applicants must be studying on state grants, have excellent grades and aim to develop in their chosen subject in the future.

General Medicine (MD – Medical Doctor Degree, equivalent to MBBS)
Admission deadlines: November 1 (for Fall Semester), March 1 (for Spring Semester)

Academic year (2 semesters): September 1-June 30, February 1-January 31
Period of training: 6 years
Annual tuition fee:
· instruction in Russian or Ukrainian – 3700$ (fee is stable for all 6 years)
· instruction in English – 3600$ (for the 1st year)

Russian National Research Medical University offers free merit admission system for International students. All students who have secondary school certificate have right to get admission at Russian National Research Medical University.
We don’t require any specific marks or grades for admission at any course.

For Medicine, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing Courses:

For admission in medical related courses, students must have studied the following subject with other subjects at school.

– Certificate of completion of Intersnship

– Certificate of completion of Residency or Postgraduate Medical Education

For Masters in Public Health and all other Masters programs:

– 4 years Bachelors degree in with with transcripts

– Higher secondary school certificate

For Ph.D Doctorate Degree in any field:
