REGULATION MOMENTS OVER THE LAST MONTH💕

When I came to Berlin 5 years ago, I had finally stabilized my regulation after a decade mostly bedbound with Chronic Lyme and CFS.

There were so many moments that delighted me that I could fully enjoy and sink into. I felt like a child again discovering the world for the first time.

As life has gotten busier, that first experience of returning health and the joy of having found it has at times felt further away.

But I can always come back. And leaning into the moments that totally give me joy and fill my senses is available any time I remember.

Here are some beautiful moments when I remembered this month. And today, sitting by the canal, still finding Berlin beautiful 🤗💕✨
