Throwback to our Aperitif Pop-up in Berlin 🍸
Last week, we gathered at for a special moment with and friends, sharing food, ideas and good energy.
From Marcelo’s amazing beetroot & coriander hummus to Ken’s signature tapenade, everything was made fresh… and blended directly in jars with re:Mix 🫙
More than just recipes, it was about bringing people together around joyful ways of cooking and living.

We’re proud to join the 1% program with 🌊
With this partnership, we commit to giving back a part of our revenue to help protect our coastlines.
Because circular design goes beyond products, it’s also about what we choose to support.
How it all started?
Everything began in 2025 with a collaboration on our blue re:Mix, created from collected waste to support Clean My Calanques’ fundraising campaign.
In 2026, we wanted to go further, by supporting actions like clean-ups and awareness.
For us, joining the 1% program was the natural next step.
Léa, our community manager, is sharing her go-to autumn recipe: a silky cauliflower & parsnip velouté 🥣The ultimate cozy-comfort soup for chilly days, to enjoy without moderation. 🧡🍂
INGREDIENTS
2 parsnips • 1 small cauliflower • 1 onion • 2 garlic cloves • 700 ml vegetable broth • olive oil • salt & pepper • mild paprika • fresh basil • extra cauliflower florets for topping
RECIPE
• Peel and chop the parsnips; break the cauliflower into florets.
• Slice the onion and mince the garlic.
• Sauté the onion and garlic in a little olive oil until soft and fragrant 🧄
• Add the parsnip and cauliflower, then season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
• Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20–25 minutes.
• Blend until perfectly velvety and ultra creamy 🤍
• Pan-fry a few cauliflower florets until golden for the topping.
• Finish with fresh basil and a pinch of paprika 🌿
