Martin Höhlig (1882–1948) was a German photographer recognized for his architectural and nighttime images of 1920s Berlin. One of his key projects, Berlin im Licht (Berlin in Light), captured the city illuminated for a promotional event in 1928 that showcased the impact of electric lighting. His work, reflecting the "Neue Sachlichkeit" style, includes scenes of Berlin’s modernist buildings, neon billboards, and urban nightlife.
