🍷 WatsoNova v Košiciach napreduje a popri práci na projekte sme si našli čas na spoločný večer.

V príjemnom prostredí VILLA SANDY Resort sme si vychutnali dobré jedlo, neformálne rozhovory a stretli sa s kolegami v uvoľnenej atmosfére mimo každodenného pracovného tempa.

Bol to príjemný večer plný dobrej nálady a zaujímavých rozhovorov, ktorý sme si všetci užili.

🍷 WatsoNova in Košice is making progress, and while working on the project, we found time to spend an evening together.

In the pleasant surroundings of VILLA SANDY Resort, we enjoyed good food and casual conversations, and met with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere away from the daily work routine.

It was a pleasant evening full of good cheer and interesting conversations that we all enjoyed.

Bowling, skvělé jídlo a pár nečekaně profesionálních hodů. 🎳

Letošní společný večer týmu CTR Real Estate jsme odstartovali v restauraci Sia Restaurant a pokračovali bowlingem, kde o překvapení rozhodně nebyla nouze.

Skvělá atmosféra, přátelské hecování a několik strikeů, které překvapily i samotné hráče.

This year’s team evening of CTR Real Estate started at SIA Restaurant and continued with bowling, where there was definitely no shortage of surprises.

Great atmosphere, friendly competition, and a few strikes that surprised even the players themselves.

FröbelHöfe: Haus 1 hat den First erreicht, der Dachstuhl entsteht

Das Projekt FröbelHöfe in Dresden zeichnet sich unter anderem durch ausgebautes Dachgeschosswohnen aus – mit klassischem Holz-Dachstuhl, der in der heutigen Neubaupraxis keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um ein formales Gestaltungselement. Die Architekten von A3 Architekten haben den Entwurf mit großer Sensibilität an die ursprüngliche Bebauung vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg angelehnt – sowohl in der Parzellierung und der Arbeit mit dem Innenhof als auch in den geneigten Dachformen.

Haus 1 ist das erste von insgesamt acht Gebäuden, das den geplanten First erreicht hat. Vor Ort entsteht aktuell der Dachstuhl, und der Charakter der Dachgeschosswohnungen nimmt zunehmend Gestalt an.

In dieser Phase verändert sich der Bau grundlegend – die Konstruktion öffnet sich, die Innenräume gewinnen an Licht und Proportion. Die sichtbaren Holzsparren verleihen dem Raum eine besondere Atmosphäre und unterstreichen die Bedeutung handwerklicher Qualität im Projekt.
Bereits jetzt zeigen sich auch die Ausblicke aus den zukünftigen Wohnungen – durch großzügige Gauben in Richtung Friedrichstadt und Dresdner Altstadt.

FröbelHöfe: House 1 Has Reached Its Ridge Height, Roof Structure Takes Shape

One of the defining features of the FröbelHöfe project in Dresden is its loft-style living concept with a traditional timber roof structure – something increasingly rare in contemporary residential construction. This is not merely a formal architectural gesture. The architects from A3 Architekten designed the project with great sensitivity to the original pre-war urban fabric, reflected in the parcel layout, the inner courtyard concept, and the characteristic pitched roofs.

House 1 is now the first of the eight buildings to reach its planned ridge height. The timber roof structure is currently being built on site, and the character of the future penthouse apartments is beginning to take shape.

At this stage, the building undergoes a visible transformation – the structure opens up, interiors gain light and proportion, and the exposed timber rafters bring a distinct atmosphere while highlighting the importance of craftsmanship within the project.

The first views from the future apartments are already emerging as well – through generous dormer windows overlooking Friedrichstadt and Dresden’s historic city centre.
