✨ Matcha Whisky — a stylish drink full of contrasts ✨
🌿 The combination of delicate Japanese matcha and quality Japanese whisky is unconventional, yet it works perfectly. An eye-catching drink that impresses even when prepared at home and elevates any evening with friends.
📌 Ingredients:
• 60 ml Japanese whisky (e.g., Hibiki)
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml honey syrup
• approx. ¼ tsp matcha (≈ 0.5 g)
• 120 ml chilled soda water
• lemon wheel for garnish
📌 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water) and let it cool.
2️⃣ Add whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, and matcha to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
3️⃣ Strain into a chilled Collins glass with ice. Pour soda water into the empty shaker, swirl briefly, and transfer into the glass. Stir gently.
4️⃣ Garnish with a lemon wheel.

🌿 No-bake Cheesecake Balls with Matcha Tea 🌿
Looking for a quick, elegant dessert without baking? These green bites taste like mini cheesecakes – perfect for last-minute cravings!
Ingredients:
– 100 g butter biscuits (e.g. BEBE)
– 90 g cream cheese (e.g. Žervé or Philadelphia)
– 35 g powdered sugar
– 1 sachet Matcha Tea Harmony (2 g)
– Milk or white chocolate for coating
Instructions:
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and sifted matcha powder.
Crush the biscuits and combine them with the mixture.
Shape into small balls and chill briefly if needed.
Coat with melted chocolate (add a bit of coconut oil for smoother texture).
Let them set in the fridge. Done!
TIP:
👉 Add a bit of grated lemon zest for a refreshing twist.
👉 White chocolate with coconut oil makes coating easier and gives a smooth finish.
