Od samotného začátku jsme věděli, že vývoj takzvaných monumentální dveří, bude nejspíš největší výzvou na tomto projektu.
Mluvíme o nejodvážnější části naší dodávky obvodového pláště spodní budovy tohoto projektu. V podstatě se jedná o gigantické hliníkové prosklené posuvné dveře s původní výškou 7,5m, která byla později snížena na 6m tak, aby se výška sjednotila s našimi moduly. Dveře jsou motorizované a kromě rozměrů a funkčnosti jsme se museli také vypořádat s velmi náročnými požadavky na akustiku.

V lednu jsme po zapojení napájení a motoru se zatajeným dechem provedli spolu s klientem první zkoušku, která proběhla na výbornou! 🏆

From the very beginning, we knew that the development of the so-called monumental doors would likely be the greatest challenge of this project.

We are talking about the boldest part of our façade delivery for the lower building. Essentially, these are gigantic aluminium glazed sliding doors with an original height of 7.5 meters, which was later reduced to 6 meters to align with our units system. The doors are motorised, and in addition to their size and functionality, we also had to meet very demanding acoustic requirements.

In January, after connecting the power supply and motor, we held our breath and carried out the first test together with the client — and it was a complete success! 🏆

Po dlouhých měsících designu, vývoje, zkoušení, testování a výroby je vždycky fascinující sledovat na místě zásadní momenty zhmotněné do reality. A mezi tyto momenty určitě patří montáž východní fasády na našem pařížském projektu La Maison LVMH – ATP, zachycená na časosběrném videu. 👍🎥

Sipral zde dodává atypickou fasádu spodních částí budovy, tedy vnější opláštění galerií a výstavních prostor. Fasádní moduly jsou navrženy tak, aby vytvářely dojem hloubky postupným překrýváním vrstev zasklení s reflexními pokovy a potiskem odstupňované hustoty, přičemž zadní část je neprůhledná. Kromě složitých a technicky náročných šestimetrových modulů tzv. galette zahrnuje naše dodávka i vývoj monumentálních posuvných prosklených dveří 6 metrů vysokých.

🏆 V konstelaci klient Louis Vuitton Moët Henessy, Vinci jako generální dodavatel a TESS v roli fasádního konzultanta je toto náš třetí projekt. Těší nás důvěra v naše technické a vývojářské schopnosti. A také v naše vlastní montáže na stavbě, kdy organická symbióza firmy s vlastní montážní skupinou vyslanou na projekt byla od začátku po předešlých skvělých zkušenostech priorita klienta. 🏆

A my nejen děkujeme za důvěru a skvělou spolupráci, ale také našim týmům za fantastickou práci včetně montáží na stavbě v Paříži.

After long months of design, development, prototyping, testing and production, it is always fascinating to witness key moments materialised into reality on site. One such milestone is undoubtedly the installation of the eastern façade on our Paris project La Maison LVMH – ATP, captured in a time-lapse video. 👍🎥

Sipral is delivering the bespoke façade for the lower parts of the building, specifically the external envelope of the galleries and exhibition spaces. The façade units are designed to create a sense of depth through the progressive overlapping of glazing layers with reflective coatings and printed patterns of graduated density, while the rear layer remains opaque. In addition to the complex and technically demanding six-metre “galette” units, our scope also includes the development of monumental sliding glazed doors reaching a height of six metres.

🏆 With Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy as the client, Vinci as the general contractor, and TESS acting as technical consultant, this is our third project together. We truly appreciate the continued trust in our technical and development capabilities, as well as in our in-house installation teams on site. Following excellent previous experience, the organic synergy between the company and its own installation crew deployed to the project was a client priority from the very beginning. 🏆
