Yesterday, as part of the Rohan Design District program, Penta Real Estate and Mr. Rudolf Vacek gave a presentation on the development of the Florence area and presented visualizations of Penta's development plan. Here is an example of the transformation of the Negrelli Viaduct area. Streets will become pedestrian zones. This is a great advantage for the Negrelli Residence, which will also become part of this space. Yesterday at the lecture it was said that it will kick in in 3 years and the work will take 2 to 3 years, so in 6 years everything should be done 👍
