Third Coast Pizza

Our first interactive Detroit-style pizza class is officially in the books, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better group to kick things off with!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along on Saturday, got stuck into the dough, asked great questions, built some seriously good-looking pizzas, and made the whole day such a pleasure to host.

Big thanks as well to Vanessa from .eats.prague for helping make it happen and bringing such lovely people through the door.

From poolish to parbakes, to the final product, this was exactly the kind of messy, hands-on, pizza-filled fun we had hoped for!
