I am pleased to announce that, starting this May, I am expanding my services to include psychotherapy.

Ever since I began my medical practice, I have felt a growing desire to adopt a holistic approach toward those I have the honor of caring for. Five years of training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, as well as my preparation for certification in the United Kingdom, have helped me acquire a range of therapeutic techniques that complement my knowledge of conventional medicine.
The journey I invite you on is one of understanding the signals your body sends, within their broader context. I am convinced that, from this perspective, a stomachache carries the same urgency as chronic insomnia or a panic attack.
Psychotherapy is also a way to deepen self-awareness and achieve inner balance, strengthening what may be fragile self-confidence and self-esteem. Together, we will try to identify your needs, which you will then find easier to express.
I offer therapeutic support in a discreet, supportive, and accepting environment where we can explore together your difficulties in relationships, emotions, or family history.
My approach is grounded in the principles of psychoanalysis—rather than offering ready-made solutions, I invite us to search together for connections between your past and your current experiences. Through understanding and acceptance, we create a space where your anxieties can be transformed into new vitality and self-confidence.
I am also happy to accept teenagers aged 16 and older into therapy.

I provide therapy in Czech and English.

Dear all, this is to announce that I will be out of Galen clinic from 25.11.2024 till 29.11.2024 for my training in psychotherapy and then from 16.12. till 20.12.2024 for my annual leave. My colleague Dr Tothova will be covering my shifts.

From October 1 I am relocating myself to Galen clinic and will not be any longer at Ovenecka.
If you wish I am more than happy to register you with me there but I need to know - please send me an email on [email protected]

If you are happy at Ovenecka, you are more than welcome to stay there as a patient and be looked after my colleagues.

Please make sure you have given enough time for your repeat prescriptions as the surgery at Ovenecka will be closed Friday and Monday.
